On a day filled with modern chicness, Constance and Nigel tied the knot surrounded by 150 guests in Mississauga, Ontario.
Constance and Nigel met at a gospel concert in Hamilton, ON in 2008. Nigel happened to be one of the performers. After the concert, introductions were exchanged and Constance and Nigel joined their friends as they headed over to a dessert cafe. The two instantly hit it off. They exchanged numbers and began talking over the phone, and soon they were inseparable.
Fast forward three years, Nigel proposed to Constance at the stroke of midnight on NYE surrounded by their family and friends. The rest was history and Nigel and Constance began to plan the wedding of their dreams.
When it came to the couple’s favourite wedding moment, it was an easy one to remember. “For our grand entrance, we were ushered in the reception hall by the Southern Volta Cultural Dance Group (an African dance and drummer group) while being greeted by our family and friends,” says Constance.
As for the couple’s favourite wedding detail, they chose their spectacular same-day wedding video. “It was amazing for us and our guests to see a recap of the highlights of our entire wedding day at the reception,” says Nigel.
