Sometimes the best things in life are worth the wait – just ask Emma and Bryant. The couple matched on a dating app in 2019, but with Bryant living in South Carolina and Emma in Toronto, and the pandemic hitting soon after, they didn’t meet in person until more than a year later. Beginning their relationship long distance made their December 2024 Toronto wedding all the more meaningful, with 180 friends and family from both sides of the border adding the icing on the cake.
Classic & modern:
Emma, who has always favoured timeless, classic décor with modern touches, wore an Ines Di Santo lace gown with intricate beadwork and detachable sleeves that gave her two looks in one.

Downtown luxury:
The recently renovated Park Hyatt Toronto set the stage for the couple’s elegant winter reception. White roses and baby’s breath created a modern yet timeless atmosphere, while late-night favourites like chicken tenders, smash burgers and beignets added a playful twist. Instead of a traditional cake, a stunning croquembouche tower served as the sweet centrepiece.
At first glance:
Emma and Bryant debated whether to wait until the ceremony for their first look but ultimately chose to see each other beforehand – a decision they’ll never forget. “Having that private, intimate moment together before the celebrations began was so special.”
