Nicole and Craig met through Craig’s business, Catalyst Health. Craig is a chiropractor and owner at the health clinic and Nicole came in as a client. From the moment they saw each other they knew they would be together.
When it came time to propose, the couple was staying at the Hockley Valley Resort and Craig had a plan in place. Nicole and Craig were supposed to have dinner with his brother and sister-in-law at 8 p.m. but the reservation wasn’t until 8:30 p.m.. Craig told Nicole that his brother and sister-in-law were running late so he asked Nicole if she would go with him to the garden to take a few photos. Being a couple that has very few photos together, Nicole agreed. After a few photos during a beautiful sunset, Craig got down on one knee and asked Nicole to marry him, and she remembers it was perfect.
One of the couple’s favourite wedding moments were the heartfelt speeches made throughout their wedding day. “They made you feel the love and allowed everyone to get to know us that much better,” says Nicole.
As for the couple’s favourite wedding detail, Nicole knows exactly what it is. “I could not imagine what it would have been like to have our wedding without Jimi our DJ there,” says Nicole. “As a friend of both myself and my husband he was the perfect fit. I always had complete trust in Jimi that he would do an amazing job and he did not disappoint. Many of our guests, all ranging in age and music preference, commented on how great he was and how the music made for such a great party. We cannot describe in words how grateful we were to have him there, as our DJ, and friend.”
