REAL WEDDINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Today’s Bride has the following rights:
- Print: The publication rights in all language versions of Today’s Bride magazine for 12 months from the publication date of the issue in which the image is first published.
- Online: The right to use, publish and edit on todaysbride.ca in perpetuity. Today’s Bride.ca has the right to archive the image and/or an edited version of the image in a digital collection for internal use only.
You (the submitter) retain copyright and any other rights you hold in content that you submit. By submitting, you give Today’s Bride a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive authorization to reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, publicly display and issue any content which you submit. This permit is for the sole purpose of enabling Today’s Bride to present, circulate and promote the content.
You (the submitter) understand that Today’s Bride may (a) publish your content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your content as are necessary to conform and adapt that content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media.
You concur that this agreement shall allow Today’s Bride to take these actions.
