Put on your dancin’ shoes; it’s time to party! If you want to have the best time at your bachelorette, here are a couple things to keep in mind:
Be upfront with your wedding party about the kind of night you want to have. Maybe low-key is your style (wine tasting, painting night, a cooking class) or perhaps a crazy blowout is more your thing (bar, club, strippers). This night is about you, so your people need to accommodate. Also, communicate who should be and shouldn’t be on the guest list. You may only want certain people seeing your wild side!
If you have your heart set on a destination bachelorette (Vegas, New York, Montreal) then let everyone know well in advance. People need time to save the cash and book time off work. Don’t be offended if people aren’t able to go or simply don’t want to go. Taking a trip just isn’t possible for some people. Accept their decision and move on to planning.
