With this new reality of micro weddings, we were inspired by the stunning backdrop of the Belcroft Estate, bringing micro weddings to a whole new level. We did not want to lose the intimacy and romance weddings possess, keeping it simple, yet sophisticated and elegant.
The overall theme was to give the feeling of “home” with your closest loved ones to share these memories with. First impressions make all the difference. The entrance gates are adorned with a custom floral monogram in the couple’s initials, and a beautiful floral installation is featured along the large oak tree.
Arguably the most important element to the wedding is the ceremony, and we wanted to maintain the theme of bringing the indoors, outside. To give the feel of your warm, inviting living room, we styled it with mis-matched lounge furniture, snug throw blankets and pillows for guests to sit back and relax during this intimate ceremony. Details, details, details!
Post ceremony you can enjoy spiked apple cider cocktails (with “fun fact” cocktail napkins!), while taking in the stunning view of the estate, decked out in lush florals. As you gaze across the pond, another floral installation catches your eye – a vintage canoe filled with luscious florals.
The reception table was designed to be dramatic and elegant, and keeping the same theme of bringing the indoors, outside. Custom chandelier structures canopied over the elegant reception dining table; your classic dining room chairs lined the table and mini baguettes for guests to have a nibble pre-dinner service. During dessert, a bar cart rolls out to offer mini cakes in yummy flavours, French-service.
This is a floral lover’s dream! And the details did not disappoint: a floral adorned lounge area, canoe and archway allowed for just a few of the picture-perfect moments. Of course, being cognizant of COVID, custom face masks and mini sanitizer perfume bottles available to keep guests safe.
