No matter what type of skin you have, these tips will help you get that bridal glow.
Practical skin care
For all skin types, start by hydrating, inside and out. Drink lots of water and use mosturizer morning and night. This helps natural exfoliation which, in turn, slows wrinkles and keeps skin looking clear. Facial moisturizers for dry skin may include humectants such as glycerin and hyaluronic acid. Oily skin needs a lighter, gel-based product.
Exfoliate regularly
It’s important to remove dead skin cells that clog the surface of the skin. Apply a moisturizer immediately after you exfoliate. Those with oily skin may need to exfoliate more often.
Good night
Get a good night’s sleep. That’s when the blood flow gets to the skin to repair and renew. Lack of sleep actually increases the sugar in the blood – not a good thing! Bedtime is when you want to ramp up the type of cream you use, perhaps using a product with alpha-hydroxy acid or retinol.
