Vanessa and Mike met in 2005 one summer night in Guelph. Vanessa was living away from home and attending the University of Guelph while Mike was away for the weekend and visiting friends. They met, and the rest is history.
One of the couple’s favourite wedding moments was saying their vows and becoming husband and wife. “It felt as if all our time and effort over the the past 18 months was worth it and we knew that from that point on, we could relax and enjoy the night,” says Vanessa.
As for the couple’s favourite wedding detail, that’s an easy one to know. “The food was absolutely delicious and we are huge foodies, so we loved having midnight snacks (mini grilled cheese, poutine, etc) for our guests as well,” says Vanessa.
