Modern love story: The couple met on a dating site. Jasmine made the first move by sending a “wink.” Brock quickly followed up with an introduction and they met in person a few days later. It wasn’t long before they had rented an RV and were listening to live bands in a field at the WayHome Music & Arts festival.
Best moment: Jasmine says, “We had a flash song performance during our ceremony. The pastor said, ‘Does anyone object?’ and we had a singer planted in the audience who faked an objection. Two more singers then stood up and they broke into a rendition of Bruno Mars’ ‘Marry You’. The shock of the objection, coupled with the a cappella performance was the highlight of the ceremony.”
Favourite detail: The tropical centrepieces. Plus, the painted pineapples on each table. The groom painted each pineapple (with edible paint, so food wouldn’t go to waste!).
Honeymoon: Tahiti, Bora Bora, Moorea and New Zealand
