Robin McNicholl and Kevin Forsyth beat the chill of winter and headed south for their big day. The couple married on January 7, 2012 at the Ocean Blue & Sand Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in front of 43 of their closest family and friends. They had perfect weather for their day together on the beach, then brought the party home to Burlington, ON with a reception for friends and family at the Atrium Banquet and Conference Centre.
The bride was stunning in a Romantic Bridals gown and the couple received a special gift from their families – the bride’s father, Bob McNicholl, and brother-in-law, Adam Filipowicz, were the couple’s photographers for the day.
Robin and Kevin’s favourite part of their wedding celebrations: When the MC and best man invited Robin’s son up to the podium, presented him with a team money t-shirt and inducted him into “Team Money”, the team name Kevin and his guy friends have for the many sports teams they play on together.
