Nadia and Yoseph
Nadia and Yoseph were originally planning a larger, more traditional wedding but because of the pandemic and the restrictions that the province pushed out in early fall, they changed their plans of having 150+ wedding to one of 30. Being the super organized superstar she is, Nadia reworked the wedding plans three times before closing the final chapter.
Overall, they were aiming for a day that was cozy, charming and inclusive. A day that included only their closest friends and family and approaching details with a relaxed demeanour. The colours of emerald green and champagne with bursts of coral were simple but aligned perfectly with both the couple’s personalities and the natural beauty of the venue.
A few highlights that made this day memorable: We loved that Nadia and Yoseph were able to include their adorable dog in the ceremony as the beautiful sounds of the harp danced through the air. He looked dashing in his sharp little suit and knew exactly how to pose for the camera! Second, they were blessed with sunny skies during this autumn day and guests were able to enjoy the outdoors ceremony without having to wear heavy jackets and blankets. Lastly, to be able to attend a wedding during a global pandemic and working around strict safety measures is a feat in itself and something to remember for all time.
Some words of advice to any brides planning a wedding especially during a pandemic: Enjoy the moment fully and without regret. Having to replan a wedding is stressful and emotionally draining so do not be afraid to reach out for help! With many restrictions in place, there are decisions to be made and many questions to be asked and having someone guide you through this will be one of the best choices you’ll ever make!
