Victoria Lamperth & Peter Forte
This wedding had everything you need for the perfect day: friends, family, and, of course, gelato.
Best part of the day: Victoria says, “We absolutely loved our first dance. We didn’t want to do something slow, so we chose to do “Love On Top” by Beyoncé and really just let loose and had fun with it! We invited all of our guests to come and join us for the final minute of the song, and being rushed by all our family and friends was a moment we will never forget.”
Something from Mom: Personalizing your wedding details is something you will always remember. The bride’s veil was custom made, using the lace from her mother’s wedding dress.
Delicious dessert: The couple decided to forgo the traditional wedding cake, and instead had a gelato cart, filled with yummy options.
What you would change: “If we had to be picky, we wish we could have spent more time with more people,” says Victoria. “Even though our wedding was relatively small, the day went so fast and you get so caught up thats it’s hard to spend quality time with each guest. You just have to remember to take it all in and make every moment count.”
The honeymoon: An amazing three and a half weeks in Asia, including Hong Kong, Vietnam and Cambodia.
