Leigh Clement was so nervous that she was almost rendered speechless during her first dinner date with Jeff Clement. Two and a half years later, the couple spontaneously booked the Murrayville Hall in Langley, B.C., for their wedding.
The couple melded teal, chocolate brown and ivory in their casual, yet elegant, wedding. Eighty guests watched the bride and groom say their vows on May 26.
Exchanging their ‘I do’s,’ and walking down the aisle holding the groom’s hand was the bride’s favourite moment. “It was so wonderful sharing this with all of our friends and family,” describes the bride. “Our photographer grabbed us immediately after the ceremony to get the pictures started so there wasn’t much time to revel in the moment!”
The handmade placecards by the bride and her bridal party were her favourite detail.
