Tulum, Mexico has become the destination for free-spirited brides who become mesmerized with this little corner of the globe. The Eventeur is a boutique destination wedding company based in Toronto, focusing on off-resort destination weddings for the selective bride. The Eventeur was asked to re-imagine Tulum by finding elegance in a carefully curated mix of rich textures, gold accents and earthy details. With a bohemian bride in mind, more exotic elements were woven into the bridal design. Casa Violeta provided the perfect backdrop, with its rustic cabanas enveloped by a lush tropical courtyard leading to the beach. Among the beautiful rustic pieces provided by Archive Mexico rentals, they incorporated an antique Persian chandelier that was beautifully restored by artisans in the Iranian antique market. They mirrored Tulum’s vibrant and free-spirited mood with effortlessly free-arranged golden yellow roses and wildflowers.
