Sherry and Damon were both working at an American bank in Toronto when they met. Sherry says, “There comes a time in everyone’s life when they meet their one true love, their soul mate and the person they will know and love for the rest of their life.” During the time they were dating, they began spending weekends at a cottage for a little rest and recreation. One long weekend, when they were packing to go north, Damon proposed, and a very surprised Sherry said “Yes”.
They immediately began planning a wedding that would put their guests first.
Their 145 guests had a wonderful time; a band, Symmetry Studios, played during the service and an illusionist, Yan Markson, performed during the cocktail hour. Wushu Project were the lion dancers and the samba dancers, AfroLatino Dance Company, all delighted their guests. The first dance was choreographed by The Wedding Choreographers & Co. One of their closest friends, DJ Apocalypse, was DJ for the evening.
The service, cocktail party and dinner were at the Atlantis Pavilions. The couple flew to the lberostar Grand Rose Hall in Jamaica for their honeymoon.
