Phuket is a romantic island with turquoise waters of the Andaman Sea and miles of beaches. Banyan Tree Spa Sanctuary, with their team of wedding specialists and their unity wedding packages, is a great place to exchange vows. Phuket is warm all year. November to March is the best time to visit.
Legal Requirements

- Take the notarized affidavit and Thai translation to the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs to have the translation certified and authenticated.
- Go to any district office to register the marriage. If you don’t speak Thai, an interpreter is required.
