Wrapping paper does not have to be dull, brown, and plain; neither does it have to be the nonchalant patterns found in every store’s wrapping section. It is easy and simple to change up the type of paper you are using in order to present a more meaningful gift. If the event pertaining to the gift is not overly fancy, newspaper is always a quirky alternative. Choose an article that you really enjoyed reading, or even the comics section of the newspaper to add something extra. If you want to make your gift special, write a personal message on the wrapping paper itself, or repeat a series of inspirational quotations that you know your friend will love. Be sure to add splashes of color to make the gift eye-catching.
