It was a day of chic elegance when Millie and Brian said “I do” in front of 350 guests in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Brian and Millie met over five years ago on a night out with mutual friends. They didn’t see each other again until the Vancouver 2010 Olympics. After that, they began dating in December of that year. Brian proposed on their month-long trip to Europe in August 2012.
The couple’s favourite wedding moment took place during the speeches and toasts by their friends and family. “From the heartfelt speeches from my bridesmaids to the impromptu serenade from a groomsman that had Brian and all his best friends singing ‘Stand By Me’, the speeches made our wedding memorable,” says Millie.
And as for the bride’s favourite wedding detail, it was all about the fashion. “Brian and I love fashion so we wanted our wedding party to look stylish, and we were so happy with their looks from the detailing on the bridesmaids’ dress to the custom made pocket squares the groomsmen wore,” says Millie.
