Full of elegance and romance, it was the perfect day when Victoria and Andrew were married in Niagara Falls, Ontario in front of 225 guests. With accent colours of olive green and strawberry, Victoria and Andrew’s wedding day was one of classic beauty.
Andrew and Victoria met at Brock University in May 2010. They started dating and nearly two years later, Andrew took Victoria out for dinner to the Queen’s Landing. After dinner, Andrew told Victoria he was happy and grateful she had come into his life. Then he told her he had something for her. He pulled out the ring and asked her to marry him. With all of the excitement Victoria quickly responded yes, and reached for the ring and slid it onto her finger. The moment after their kiss was something they’ll never forget.
On their wedding day, Victoria says her favourite wedding moment was walking down the aisle with her father. As she made her way to her soon-to-be husband, she whispered “I love you” and began to cry. “I often told Andrew during our relationship that I could see him at the end of the aisle some day, and finally, it was a reality,” says Victoria.
The couple’s favourite wedding detail was the same-day footage shown at their reception. “We felt so special and I will never forget all of the fun we had interacting with our bridal party throughout the afternoon,” says Victoria. Andrew adds that it’s hard to realize just how fast your wedding day will fly by, and their video was the first chance to relive all of the special moments together with their guests for the first time that day.
